FairCarats (FCAR) is a next-generation Utility Token on the Polygon network, functioning as a digital voucher redeemable for premium, certified lab-grown gemstones. By bridging the tangible value of the gemstone market with blockchain transparency, we provide a smarter, fairer way to access and verify ethically sourced assets.

Private Sale Conclusion and Status

The initial Private Sale period has officially concluded.

  • Result: The soft cap for this phase was not reached.
  • Action Taken: In accordance with our commitment to transparency and participant security, all stakes have been successfully returned to the original participants.

We thank our early supporters for their trust and interest. Per the FairCarats Whitepaper, all tokens not sold during the private sale phase will now be transitioned to the upcoming Public Sale.

Upcoming Public Sale: April 14th

We are preparing for the next phase of the FairCarats ecosystem. The Public Sale will offer the remaining token allocation to a wider audience, maintaining the same robust utility and asset-backing.

  • Daily Rebalancing: An automated smart service reconciles the reserve daily, publishing a verifiable Proof of Reserve to our official channels.
  • Supply Management: When gemstones are redeemed or sold through retail channels, a corresponding amount of FCAR is permanently burned from circulation.

Compliance & Security

  • MiCA Compliance: Structurally focused as a utility token, our offering is strictly capped to comply with EU size exemptions under MiCA regulations.
