The FairCloud Group OÜ is a private limited liabiliy company incorporated in Talinn Estonia that participates and takes a holding in technical startups and environmental friendly projects. It acts as the FairCarats project owner and is responsible for the FairCarats project execution as of the 1st of May 2024.

It also acts as the custodian for the inventory of the moissanites being tokenized on the Polygon blockchain. The company does not hold any position, or performs any trade  in crypto currencies or tokens. The company assures that for every token in circulation there is one carat of (raw) moissanite in stock, or the equivalent of USD$ 20,-
